2 can Cream Of Chicken
1 can Cream Of Mushroom
1 box Rice
1 packages Sharp Cheddar Cheese (2 optional)
1 packages Monterey Jack Cheese (2 optional)
2 packages Smoked Sausage

Cook sausage in frying pan till brown on both sides


Pour both rice and sausage into baking pan


Add chopped onion, green, red pepper
