Ingredients balsamic chicken thighs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp dried minced onion
4 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 24 oz)
dash chopped parsley

Combine first 5 dry spices and spread over chicken. Set aside.
Pour olive oil and garlic on bottom of crockpot
Place chicken on top
Pour balsamic vinegar over chicken
Cover and cook high for 4 or low for 8
Sprinkle with parsley and serve
