3 cup Flour
1 1/2 cup Warm Water
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Yeast

Mix flour, salt and yeast together.
Add warm water and knead slightly, add more flour or water make sure it isn't too dry
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 12-24 hours.
Preheat oven to 450°F, while it is heating take the dough out and reshape and let rest while oven heats up
Place dough in a covered stoneware baker for 30 minutes.
Uncover the bread and continue to bake for 15 minutes
