Ingredients broccoli cheese soup
4 tbsp Margarine
1 cup Chopped onion
4 tbsp Flour
3 cup Milk
2 cup Cooked broccoli
4 slice Velveeta cheese cubed (approx 3/4 to 1 lb.)
1 tsp Salt
1 dash Pepper
how to make broccoli cheese soup
Melt margarine in saucepan
Add onion and cook until tender.
Blend in flour until mixture is smooth.
Add milk, broccoli, cheese and seasonings.
Cook until mixture thickens and cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
