Ingredients chicken franchaise
1/2 cup flour
4 eggs
1 lb bonless chicken breasts
1/2 cup white wine
2 cup chicken broth or 2 bouillion cubes and 2 cups water
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1 salt pepper garlic powder to taste
1 stick butter
1 lemon juice to taste
1 tsp cornstatch

coat chicken with flour, then beat egg, salute in large skillet until almost cooked through. drain on paper towel
preheat oven to 350
in a medium saucepan combined wine, broth, parsley, salt and pepper to taste butter and lemon juice. over medium low heat. stirtogether while heating slowly. when butter has melted, slowly stir in cornstarch until sauce thickens slightly. place chicken in a 9 x 13 dish and pour sauce over all.
bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes or until chicken cooked thru
