Ingredients chopgymchicken1


380 grams chicken breasts
1 bunch snow peas
1 green bell capsicum
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar

how to make chopgymchicken1


Follow ingredients and let's start.


Chop chop and chop...your way!


Put everything together and add all spices/oil/sauce.


Let it rest for a bit.


Start frying. Give it some flame ;-) and keep stiring. Add the brown sugar towards the end.


(Optional, before step 5: add a bit of water to the pan and drain it after +- 60 seconds. Use it as salad dressing.


Et voilĂ ... I have plain salad hiding under.


Ohhnomnomnomnom with bbq sauce or some chilli sauce next time.
