Ingredients cream cheese pancakes low carb
2 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp splenda

Mix all ingredients together with a mixer.
Allow to sit for two minutes.
Put one teaspoon butter in the pan and cook pancakes on medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly brown.
