Ingredients easy as 123 gumbo
3 lb crab
3 lb shrimp
3 envelope Louisiana gumbo base
3 lb chicken
1 dash gumbo file
1 cup white rice
2 bay leaves
2 packages andoullie sausage
how to make easy as 123 gumbo
boil chicken with a dash of salt and pepper & garlic
add gumbo base add directed
wait about 20-25 min when the chicken its tender add crab, oh yea and two bay leaves
at the end add shrimp (raw never cooked)
in a separate pot or rice cooker steam white rice
put a few spoons of rice in gumbo bowl pour gumbo on top
enjoy with crackers or a dash of hot sauce
