grilled cheese roll ups


Ingredients grilled cheese roll ups


6 slice American cheese singles
6 slice Bread
2 tbsp Butter
6 slice meat ( I prefer ham)

how to make grilled cheese roll ups


Cut off crusts of bread

Use a rolling pin to flatten the bread

Add a slice of cheese to each bread slice

Roll tightly together

Melt butter in pan

When butter is melted, place rolls seam down in pan and push down with a metal spatula to keep from unraveling

Flip over when browned and cook on all sides until golden brown

Dip in tomato soup if you please

P.S- don't worry if the cheese overflows because it will. Also, be sure to cut off the burnt excess cheese when done cooking.
