homemade chili

Ingredients homemade chili


2 lb ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
14 oz pinto beans drained
14 oz kidney beans drained
1 clove garlic minced
28 oz diced tomatoes with juice
28 oz crushed tomatoes with juice
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper

how to make homemade chili


Brown meat along with onion, garlic, & green pepper.


Drain grease.


Add spices and beans.


Stir together.


Add tomatoes and bring to a boil.


Lower heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.


May need to double up on the spices.
