Ingredients kellys moist cornbread
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2/3 cup white sugar
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup half and half (light cream)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 can cream of corn (14.75 oz can)

Preheat oven to 375°F
Spray an 8x11" pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking powder. With a wooden spoon stir in eggs, half and half, sour cream,vegetable oil and creamed corn.
Bake 30-35 min or until toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean. Do not overcook.
