Ingredients lentil barley stew
1 large Onion
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 cup Celery
1 cup Lentils
1 quart Stewed tomatoes
1 cup Barley or brown rice
6 cup Water
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Rosemary
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Sea salt
2 Coarsely grated carrots

Chop celery and onion. Saute in olive oil.
Add water and lentils. Cook 20 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except for carrots. Cook 45-60 minutes.
Add the carrots. Cook at least 5 minutes.
