Ingredients mums pumpkin pie filling for 1 9 pie
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 3/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1 2/3 cup evaporated milk top milk or light cream
1 deep 9" unbaked pastry shell

Pour into pastry shell.
Bake in hot oven (425 degrees) 15 minutes.
Reduce temperatur to moderate (350 degrees) and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
