Ingredients my crab cakes
1 lb jumbo lump crab
1/4 cup red bell pepper chopped
1/4 cup scallions chopped
1 egg
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
how to make my crab cakes
Mix everything together in a big bowl (add crab last), form into patties. You can make 4 large or 8 average size patties.
Pan fry cakes in oil, turning once.
