Ingredients red onion jam
1 kg Red onions
1 kg Sugar
400 ml Red wine vinegar
300 ml Sweet chilli sauce
25 grams Yellow mustard seeds
2 tbsp Olive oil
how to make red onion jam
Cut onions finely, add to oil & stir over low heat until soft
Add sugar & bring to boil stirring constantly
Add other ingredients & simmer for 1/2 hour.
Seal in warm sterile jars
