Ingredients red wine reduction sauce
2 cup Red Wine
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 small Onion finely chopped
2 tbsp Butter
1 clove Garlic minced
how to make red wine reduction sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter & sauté onion & garlic over med/high heat.
Reduce heat to low, add wine & sugar. Stir & let simmer uncovered until sauce is reduced by 1/2. Serve over steaks.
