Ingredients roasted red pepper hummus
1 roasted red pepper skins peeled
4 roasted onion slices
4 clove roasted garlic
2 cup rinsed chic peas
2 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients in a blender.
Pulse all ingredients in the blender until well incorporated. Put in a bowl and cover. Serve chilled with crackers or chips or as a sandwich spread. Enjoy!
