Ingredients roasted red potatoes
3 lb Red Potatoes
1 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese
1 tsp Rosemary
3 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp season salt
4 tbsp minced garlic
how to make roasted red potatoes
Cut Red Potatoes into bite-size pieces
Take everything with the exception of the parmesan cheese and place in a large bowl
Toss potatoes in oil mixture
Dump everything on a sheet tray that has sides.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top of potatoes.
Bake at 425 for approximately 30 minutes or until soft
