Ingredients sweet potatoe casserole
5 roasted sweet potatoes
1 cup pecans
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup AP flour ( all purpose)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 stick melted butter
how to make sweet potatoe casserole
Mix baked sweet potatoes in mixing bowl...when you bake them just take plain sweet potatoes and bake without oil until soft.
Add sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla extract
Mix together until smooth
Butter a baking dish and place potatoe mix in buttered baking dish
In seperate bowl mix brown sugar, 1/2 stick melted butter, flour salt & pecans until resembles brown crumbles
Sprinkle mixture evenly over the top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until top is caramelized and bubbly
