2 cubed steaks
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp ground sage
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp oil for frying

Combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and ground sage


Combine egg and milk and mix well


Set flour mixture and egg mixture in seperate dishes that you can dredge your meat in


Have a frying pan with oil, heating at about 375°F


First dip your meat into the flour, then dip into the egg, then dip back into the flour once more, then into the preheated pan


Fry until nice golden brown and crunchy on all sides
