Ingredients tortilini vegetable soup with turkey meatballs


10 oz cheese tortilini
1 lb turkey ground
1 bunch spinach halved
1/2 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup parmesan cheese
3 carrots chopped
3 celery chopped
parsley
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp oil
3 garlic minced
1 large eggs

how to make tortilini vegetable soup with turkey meatballs


Add oil to a pot. Add carrots, celery, onions, garlic, and salt. Saute for about 10 minutes. Or how ever long it takes you to make meatballs .


In a bowl. Add turkey,egg,bread crumbs, 1/2 cup parmesan and parsley. Mix. Make small to medium size meatballs.


Add chicken broth to pot. Bring to a boil . Add1/2 cup parmesean. Reduce to a simmer and add meatballs. Cook 5 minutes.


Add cheese tortilini. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add spinach. Stir in . Cook for another 2 minutes.
