Ingredients vickys sticky sweet chilli chicken drumsticks
8 chicken drumsticks
Sweet Chilli Glaze
8 tbsp Thai Sweet Chilli dipping sauce see my recipe link below
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce see my gluten-free recipe link below
2 tbsp soft brown sugar
1/2 tsp dried chopped coriander leaf
1/2 tsp dried chopped parsley
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)
how to make vickys sticky sweet chilli chicken drumsticks
Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400°F and line a baking tray with foil
Mix the glaze ingredients together
Pat dry the chicken drumsticks and place on the baking tray. Season with a sprinkle of salt then spoon over half of the glaze
Bake for 20 minutes, then turn over, spoon over the rest of the glaze and bake a further 20 minutes
Baste with the tray juices before serving
